AI supports classification, extraction, summarisation, research and presentation. It does not replace human judgement or make binding decisions for the user.
2. Transparency and traceability
The platform seeks to distinguish document evidence, processing, calculations, inferences and external sources. Results state limitations, completeness and the need for review.
3. Human oversight
Where results may affect rights, health, credit, employment, property, safety or legal obligations, users must obtain review by a competent professional. Human review may be requested by ticket.
4. Quality, robustness and security
Structured schemas, fallbacks, error logs, upload limits and security controls are used. Quality depends on readability, completeness, language, sources and external-service availability.
5. Data minimisation and sensitive uses
Data are used only for the requested function. The platform must not be used for biometric identification, unlawful profiling, discrimination, abusive surveillance or unnecessary inference of sensitive data.
6. Challenge and correction
Users may reject an automated outcome, rerun the analysis with a better file, compare sources and request human review. Problems may be reported to info@uese.it.
7. User responsibility
Users must assess context, not present reports as official attestations and not make high-impact decisions solely on automated results.
