2. Data processed
The platform may process registration and access data, contact and ticket data, technical and security logs, language preferences, uploaded content and generated results. Documents may contain personal, corporate, financial, health or third-party data.
Users must upload only content they are entitled to use and avoid data that are unnecessary for the intended purpose.

3. Purposes and legal bases
Data are processed to create and manage accounts, provide requested tools, prevent abuse, provide support, manage tickets, comply with legal obligations and, where required, measure the service or display non-essential communications after consent.
Legal bases may include performance of a contract or requested pre-contractual steps, legal obligations, legitimate interests in security and service continuity, and consent for optional processing.
4. Automated analysis and providers
The platform may transmit content and instructions to cloud, AI, web-search, email and hosting providers to the extent necessary. Providers act under their respective privacy roles and contractual terms.
VerificaOra does not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated processing. Relevant results require human assessment.
5. Sensitive and health-related data
Medicine searches may indirectly reveal health interests. They are not used for advertising profiling or to infer diagnoses. Users should not submit identifiable clinical information unless strictly necessary.
6. Retention
Files are used for the time required to process the request and, unless a specific function says otherwise, are not intended for permanent storage. Results, logs, accounts and tickets are retained for configured periods or as needed for security, support, legal obligations and legal claims.
7. Recipients, transfers and advertising
Authorised staff, technical providers, advisers and public authorities may access data where permitted. Transfers outside the EEA are handled using safeguards recognised by applicable law.
Banners may be contextual to the page or placement, but document contents and health searches are not used to select personalised advertising.
8. Rights and complaints
Data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent, subject to legal conditions, and may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. Contact dpo@uese.it.
9. Security, children and updates
Proportionate technical and organisational measures are used, including authentication, 2FA, access control, event logging and credential protection. No system can guarantee zero risk.
The service is not designed for unsupervised use by children. This notice may be updated and the current version is published on https://verificaora.eu.
