Use of VerificaOra.eu entails acceptance of these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and tool-specific notices. The service is operated by UESE ITALIA S.p.A..
2. Accounts, credentials and 2FA
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials and use 2FA where required. They are responsible for account activity and must promptly report suspicious access.
3. Free service, limits and advertising
Functions may be free within daily, technical or file-size limits. Limits, sources and available models may change for security, sustainability or technical reasons. Clearly separated banners may be displayed.
4. Uploaded content and lawful use
Users represent that they are entitled to upload and analyse content and will respect privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property and applicable law. Illegal content, abusive surveillance, biometric identification, fraud, discrimination, malware, system intrusion and unlawful automated decisions are prohibited.
5. Nature and limits of results
Results are generated from available content, reachable sources and current settings. They may contain omissions, errors or inferences and do not constitute certification, appraisal, or legal, tax, financial, cadastral, medical or technical advice.
6. Tool-specific rules
Document analysis does not validate digital signatures without cryptographic checks; image analysis does not identify people from facial appearance; QR/barcode reading does not guarantee website safety or product authenticity; medicine information does not provide diagnoses, prescriptions or personalised doses.
7. Intellectual property
Software, interfaces, trademarks, models, reports and platform materials belong to their respective owners. Users retain rights in uploaded content and grant only the technical permissions needed for the requested processing.
8. Availability and liability
The service may be suspended for maintenance, security, abuse or external causes. To the extent permitted by law, UESE ITALIA S.p.A. is not liable for decisions taken without professional review, unavailable sources, third-party content or use contrary to instructions. Mandatory liability remains unaffected.
9. Governing law and changes
Italian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules. Terms may be updated and the current version applies as permitted by law.
